摘要
目的探讨糖尿病及并发症患者检测血脂与糖化血红蛋白的临床价值。方法以2017年1月—2018年5月该院收治的48例糖尿病患者为实验组,另择取同期48名健康志愿者为对照组,测定两组血脂水平与糖化血红蛋白,观察指标差异。结果实验组TCHO(5.14±1.76)mmol/L、TG(2.46±0.85)mmol/L、Apo-B(0.98±0.07)g/L、HbA1c(9.12±1.34)%高于对照组,HDL(1.07±0.33)mmol/L、Apo-A1(1.04±0.09)g/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.461、3.804、3.037、7.450、3.452、3.198,P=0.037、0.032、0.047、0.021、0.041、0.044)。结论血脂与糖化血红蛋白水平同糖尿病及并发症的发生存在关联,定期监测血脂与糖化血红蛋白能够为糖尿病及并发症的临床诊治提供依据参考,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of detecting blood lipids and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetes and complications. Methods 48 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the experimental group. Another 48 healthy volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group. The blood lipid levels and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured in the two groups. Results The experimental group TCHO (5.14±1.76) retool/L, TG (2.46±0.85) retool/L, Apo-B (0.98±0.07) g/L, HbAlc (9.12±1.34)% higher than the control group, HDL (1.07±0.33) mmol/L and Apo-A1 (1.04_±0.09)g/L were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.461,3.804,3.037,7.450,3.452,3.198,P=0.037,0.032,0.047,0.021,0.041,0.044). Conclusion The levels of blood lipids and glycosylated hemoglobin are associated with the occurrence of diabetes and complications. Regular monitoring of blood lipids and glycosylated hemoglobin can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and complications, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
