目的牙体缺损修复对牙体牙髓治疗的要求进行具体分析。方法研究时间确定为2015年1月—2016年2月,选择该院牙体缺损修复患者98例作为研究对象,共98颗患牙,均经过完善根管治疗之后,将其具体分为对照组和实验组,每组患者各49例,各49颗患牙,其中对照组患者采取铸造钴铬桩治疗,实验组患者采取石英纤维桩,对两组患者进行疗效对比,随访1年。结果在对照组患者中,3例患者出现根裂,松动脱落1例,牙龈颜色变化1例,实验组均未出现松动脱落与根裂、牙龈颜色变化等,数值对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.268 8,P<0.05)。结论在进行牙体牙髓治疗时,选择石英纤维桩的治疗手段,其治疗效果相对比较理想,因此,对牙体进行修复时,可以保证修复体各项功能的正常,与此同时,在对牙体进行修复时,应对修复材料和方法进行严格要求,从而达到最佳治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the requirements of dental restoration for dental endodontic treatment. Methods The study time was determined from January 2015 to February 2016. 98 patients with dental defect repair in the hospital were selected as the study subjects. A total of 98 teeth were diagnosed after root canal treatment and were divided into control group and experimental group, each group of 49 case, each with 49 teeth, of which the control group patients were treated with cast cobalt chromium piles, the experimental group patients took quartz fiber piles, the efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared, followed up for 1 year. Results In the control group, 3 patients had root fissure, 1 case of loosening and 1 case of gingival color change, and no loosening and root rupture, color change of gums, etc. in the experimental group, numerical comparison difference was statistically significant （χ2= 5.268 8,P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of dental pulp, the treatment of quartz fiber post is relatively ideal. Therefore, when the tooth is repaired, the functions of the restoration can be guaranteed. At the same time, when repairing the tooth, strict requirements should be made for the repair material and method to achieve the best therapeutic effect.
