湿性愈合法在慢性伤口愈合护理中的运用分析

目的分析湿性愈合法在慢性伤口愈合护理中的运用情况。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月该院收治的慢性伤口患者98例,按照伤口愈合护理方式差异分为观察组与对照组各49例,观察组选择湿性愈合法进行治疗,对照组选择常规愈合护理,对比两组患者的护理结果。结果观察组慢性伤口愈合有效率(93.88%)明显高于对照组(77.55%),患者伤口愈合时间红期(7.43±0.85)d,黄期(12.05±1.13)d,黑期(16.94±0.54)d明显短于对照组红期(11.91±0.92)d,黄期(17.86±0.87)d,黑期(20.80±0.73)d,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.596 2,t=15.24,14.81,74.39,P<0.05)。结论使用湿性愈合法进行慢性伤口愈合护理能够帮助患者更快愈合,提高伤口愈合的有效率,临床应用效果良好,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application of wet healing in chronic wound healing. Methods 98 patients with chronic wounds admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled. According to the differences in wound healing methods, 49 patients in the observation group and the control group were selected. The observation group was treated with wet healing method. Routine healing care was chosen for the control group and the care outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of chronic wound healing in the observation group （93.88%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （77.55%）. The wound healing time of the patients was red period （7.43±0.85） d, yellow period （12.05±1.13） d, black period （16.94±0.54）d was significantly shorter than the control group red period （11.91±0.92） d, yellow stage （17.86±0.87） d, black period （20.80±0.73）d, the difference showed statistical significance （χ2=7.596 2,t=15.24,14.81,74.39,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of wet healing method for chronic wound healing can help patients heal faster, improve the efficiency of wound healing, and has good clinical application effect. It is worthy of popularization.
