腹部手术患者促进肠蠕动恢复的护理措施及临床效果

Nursing Measures and Clinical Effects of Patients with Abdominal Surgery Promoting Intestinal Peristalsis Recovery

目的分析腹部手术患者促进肠蠕动恢复的护理措施及临床效果。方法选择该院于2015年5月—2018年5月间收治的120例腹部手术患者为研究主体。划分为A组和B组,各60例。A组给予综合护理,B组给予常规护理。对比护理效果。结果 A组的肠鸣音恢复时间短于B组(t=45.752,P=0.000),腹胀恢复时间短于B组(t=47.551,P=0.000),肛门排气时间短于B组(t=36.717,P=0.000),排便时间短于B组(t=17.348,P=0.000)。护理前,对比两组的VAS(视觉模拟)评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.459,P=0.647);护理后,A组的VAS评分低于B组(t=19.504,P=0.000)。A组的护理满意度为95.00%,B组为76.67%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.292,P=0.004)。结论为腹部手术患者行综合护理可促进其肠蠕动恢复,减轻其疼痛感,且护理满意度高,具有较高的护理价值。

Objective To analyze the nursing measures and clinical effects of abdominal surgery in patients with abdominal surgery. Methods 120 patients with abdominal surgery who were admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the main subjects. Divided into group A and group B, both were 60 cases. Group A was given comprehensive care and group B was given routine care. Compare the effects of care. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds in group A was shorter than that in group B （t=45.752, P=0.000）, the recovery time of abdominal distension was shorter than that in group B （t=47.551, P=0.000）, and the anal exhaust time was shorter than that of group B （ t=36.717, P=0.000）, the defecation time was shorter than the B group （t=17.348, P=0.000）. Before treatment, there was no difference in VAS （visual simulation） scores between the two groups （t=0.459, P=0.647）. After nursing, the VAS score of group A was lower than that of group B （t=19.504, P=0.000）. The satisfaction of nursing in group A was 95.00%, and that in group B was 76.67%. The difference was significant （χ2=8.292, P=0.004）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with abdominal surgery can promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis, reduce the pain, and have high nursing satisfaction and high nursing value.
