全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Methods on Nursing Work of Children with Epilepsy

目的探讨全面护理方式对小儿癫痫护理工作的作用。方法从2016年3月—2018年3月期间在该院接受治疗的癫痫患儿中选取57例展开研究,根据护理方式不同分组,常规组28例行常规护理,研究组29例行全面护理,对比分析两组患儿的临床效果、患儿治疗依从性以及护理满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高达96.55%(28/29),显著优于常规组的78.57%(22/28),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.275 2,P<0.05);研究组治疗依从性93.10%,显著高于常规组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.626 4,P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度评分(92.15±4.12)分显著高于常规组(79.02±3.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.281 3,P<0.05)。结论给予癫痫患儿全面护理,能够保证临床效果,提升患儿治疗依从性,护理满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing methods on the nursing work of children with epilepsy. Methods From March 2016 to March 2018, 57 patients with epilepsy who were treated in the hospital were selected for study. According to different nursing methods, 28 patients in the routine group underwent routine nursing, and 29 patients in the study group underwent comprehensive nursing. The clinical effects, treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was as high as 96.55% （28/29）, which was significantly better than that of the conventional group78.57% （22/28）,the different was statistically significant（χ2=4.275 2, P〈0.05）; the study group＇s treatment compliance was 93.10%, significantly higher than the study group of 71.43% of the conventional group,the different was statistically significant（χ2=4.626 4, P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction score of the study group （92.15±4.12）points was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （79.02±3.28）points,the different was statistically significant（t=13.281 3,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for children with epilepsy can ensure the clinical effect, improve the treatment compliance of children, and have high satisfaction with nursing. It is worth promoting.
