舒适护理在胆总管结石ERCP围手术期运用的初探

Preliminary Study on the Application of Comfortable Nursing in the Perioperative Period of ERCP of Common Bile Duct Stones

目的探析舒适护理在胆总管结石ERCP围手术期运用的效果。方法选取该院在2015年1月—2018年1月间收治的胆总管结石患者60例,根据不同的护理情况随机分为护理组与对照组,每组30例,其中护理组采取舒适护理方法,对照组采取常规的护理方法;以配合率及总满意度为观察指标,比较两组经过护理后的效果。结果护理组患者的总满意度96.67%高于对照组的总满意度26.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.365 8,P<0.05);护理组患者的配合率93.33%明显高于对照组患者的配合率66.67%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.244 7,P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在胆总管结石ERCP围手术期运用的效果良好,能够改善患者不良的生理状态与心理状态,提高女孩子的睡眠质量和满意度。该方法值得在胆总管结石ERCP围手术期护理推广运用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period of ERCP of common bile duct stones. Methods 60 patients with common bile duct stones admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into nursing group and control group according to different nursing conditions. Each group had 30 people, of which the nursing group adopted comfort nursing method, the control group adopted the routine nursing method; the matching rate and the total satisfaction were taken as the observation indicators, and the effects of the two groups after the nursing were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of the nursing group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group （26.67%）. The difference between the groups was statistically significant （χ2=4.365 8,P〈0.05）. The coordination rate of the nursing group was 93.33%. The coordination rate of the control group was 66.67%, and the difference between the groups was significant （χ2=8.244 7,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing is effective in the perioperative period of ERCP of common bile duct stones, which can improve the poor physiological state and psychological state of patients and improve the quality of sleep and satisfaction of girls. This method is worthy of promotion and application in the perioperative nursing of ERCP in common bile duct stones.
