办公自动化当下已广泛的应用在多个领域的管理和实践中,为当代组织管理提供了先进的计算机技术和更为科学有效的新型管理模式。但在实践中,包括高校在内的各类组织都仍有可能面临各类实施问题。本文主要讨论了高校施行办公自动化的原因和在采用办公自动化过程中可能遇到的问题。

Office automation has been widely used in many fields of management and practice, providing modem orga- nization management with advanced computer technology and a more seientifie and effective new management model. But in practice, all kinds of organizations, including universities, may still face various kinds of implementation problems. This paper mainly discusses the reasons for the implementation of office automation in Colleges and universities and the possible problems encountered in the process of using office automation.
