摘要
辽宁绒山羊是全世界公认的高产绒量的绒山羊品种之一,其皮肤次级毛囊是山羊绒生长的"发源地"。在次级毛囊周期性发育过程中,骨形态发生蛋白(BMP_2)基因对其起重要调控作用。本研究利用RT-PCR技术检测BMP_2基因mRNA在成年辽宁绒山羊皮肤毛囊不同时期(兴盛前期、兴盛期、退行期和休止期)表达规律。研究结果表明:BMP_2基因mRNA在不同时期的辽宁绒山羊皮肤组织中均有表达,在时期1表达量达到最高,呈逐渐下降趋势,但在时期3有一个小的上升趋势,且相邻时期之间(时期2和时期3,时期3和时期4)表达量几乎没有差异(P> 0. 05),但时期1和时期2,时期1和时期3之间表达量差异显著(P <0. 05)。其中时期1和时期4表达量差异极显著(P <0. 01),而时期2和时期4之间表达量几乎没有差异(P> 0. 05)。
Liaoning cashmere goat is recognized as one of the highest cashmere yield goat breeds , and the secondary follicle is the cashmere growth birthplace. BMP2 plays an important role in the developmental processes of secondary follicle. In this study we used RT-PCR technology to detect the expression pattern of BMP2 in different period of adult Liaoning cashmere goats. The result showed that the expression of BMP2reached a peak in periodl and then decreased, but there was a small rising trend in period3. The expression had no difference between each adjacent period ( period2 and period3, period3 and period4 ) ( P 〉 0.05 ), but there was difference between( periodl and period2, periodl arid period3 )( P 〈0.05). The expression had significant difference between periodl and period4 ( P 〈 0.01 ), but had no difference between ( period2 and period4 ) ( P 〉 0.05 ).
