年龄及性别对羊驼血清抗氧化水平的影响

摘要 本试验旨在比较研究年龄及性别对羊驼血清抗氧化水平的影响。试验选取体况良好、健康的1~3岁羊驼共45只,颈静脉采血,分离血清,利用抗氧化试剂盒检测羊驼血清抗氧化水平。结果显示,随年龄的增长,1~3岁雌性羊驼血清抗氧化水平呈现先升高后降低的趋势,MDA含量随年龄增长而降低,2岁组雌性羊驼血清具有较高的抗氧化能力,其中GSH-Px、SOD和T-AOC较1岁和3岁组分别高21. 33%~76. 71%和10. 31%~34. 38%;同时,雌性羊驼血清中抗氧化酶GSH-Px和SOD及T-AOC显著高于雄性羊驼,且随年龄增长而升高。以上结果表明,羊驼血清抗氧化水平随年龄增长而改变,且雌性羊驼血清具有较高的抗氧化水平。 The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of age and gender on the antioxidant capacity in serum of alpaca. A total of 45 healthy alpacas aged 1 -3 were collected. Blood was collected from the jugular vein. The antioxidant levels of serum were measured by using antioxidant kits. The resuhs showed that the serum antioxidant activity of female alpaca aged 1 -3 tended to first increase and then decrease with the increase of age, while the MDA content decreased with age. Serum of 2-year-old female alpaca had higher antioxidant capacity, and the levels of GSH-Px, SOD and T-AOC were higher by 21.33% -76. 71% and 10. 31% - 34. 38% than those of 1-year-old and 3-year-old, respectively. Meanwhile, the levels of GSH-Px, SOD and T-AOC in female alpaca serum were significantly higher than those of in male alpaca with the increase of age. The resuhs suggested that the alpaca serum antioxidant level changes with the age, and the female alpaca serum has a higher level of anti-oxidation.
