新型鼻部改良冰袋在鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后的应用

Application of New Improved Ice Packs after Nasal Endoscopic Surgery for Nasosinusitis

目的探讨新型鼻部改良冰袋对鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后疼痛、舒适度、稳定性和鼻部肿胀情况的影响。方法将98例行鼻内镜手术的鼻窦炎患者按入院时间分为试验组和对照组,每组49例。对照组术后使用传统冰袋进行冷敷,试验组使用新型鼻部改良冰袋进行冷敷。比较2组术后疼痛、舒适度、稳定性和鼻部肿胀情况。结果试验组术后疼痛、舒适度、稳定性和鼻部肿胀情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型鼻部改良冰袋对鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后疼痛、舒适度、稳定性和鼻部肿胀情况均有良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of new improved ice packs on the pain,comfort,stability and swelling after nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasosinusitis. Methods According to admission time,98 patients with nasosinusitis were assigned to receive cold compress with either traditional ice packs（control group, n =49） or new improved ice packs（experimental group, n =49） after nasal endoscopic surgery.Postoperative pain,comfort,stability and nasal swelling were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group,postoperative pain,comfort,stability and nasal swelling were significantly improved in experimental group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The new modified ice packs can effectively improve postoperative pain,comfort,stability and swelling after nasal endoscopic surgery in patients with nasosinusitis.
