The Relationship Between C—Reaction Protein and Energy Metabolism

摘要 烧伤后能量代谢升高的同时,C—反应蛋白(CRP)浓度也发生明显变化,为探明它们之间的关系,本研究对23例烧伤病员CRP、静息能量消耗(REE)、尿儿茶酚胺(UcA)及尿尿素(UUN)进行为期10天的观察,结果显示烧伤后CRP、REE、UcA与UUN均显著升高,其中CRP与REE有较为一致的变化曲线并有显著的相关关系,提示CRP浓度变化可作为预测烧伤后REE变化的辅助指标。 While energy metabolism increases after burns, serum level of C—reaction protein (CRP) also changes obviously. In order to verify the relation of resting energy expenditure (REE) and CRP, CRP, REE, urine urea nitrogen (UUN) and urine catecholamines (UcA) in 23 patients with severe burn (>40% TBSA) were observed for 10 days after burn. The results showed that CRP, REE, UUN and UcA increased significantly postburn, CRP and REE had identical dynamic curves, and CRP had a direct bearing on REE, IL—1 might be an important medium of both. It is advisable to use CRP as a parameter to monitor burn hypermetabolism.
