NICU患儿母亲心理状况及护理干预的分析

Analysis of the psychological status of mothers of children with NICU

目的:通过调查了解NICU患儿母亲的心理状况情况并提出相应医学干预措施。方法:选择2015-08～2017-02于我院入住新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)的母亲75例,采用症状自评量表进行调查并分析。结果:患儿母亲SCL-90的附加因子、恐怖、敌对、焦虑、抑郁、强迫、躯体化等各项因子评分均高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。两周后的患儿母亲的附加因子、恐怖、敌对、焦虑、抑郁、强迫、躯体化评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:NICU患儿母亲的心理状况较差,应对NICU患儿母亲给予更多的关注,进行针对性的宣教和指导。

Objective: To investigate and understand the psychological status of the mothers of children with NICU and to put forward corresponding medical intervention measures. Methods: From August 2015 to February2017,75 mothers of neonatal intensive care unit( NICU) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were investigated and analyzed by symptom checklist 90. Results: The scores of additional factors,terror,hostility,anxiety,depression,compulsion and somatization of SCL-90 in children were higher than those in norm,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). After a week,the scores of additional factors,terror,hostility,anxiety,depression,compulsion and somatization of mothers were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The psychological condition of the mothers of children with NICU is poor. More attention should be given to the mothers of NICU children,and the targeted education and guidance should be carried out.
