低出生体重并呼吸暂停患儿行鸟巢式护理的效果研究

Effect of Bird Nest Nursing on Apnea of Children with Low Birth Weight

目的:观察低出生体重并发呼吸暂停新生儿行鸟巢式护理的效果。方法:选取儿科低出生体重并发呼吸暂停患儿69例为研究资料,随机将其分为鸟巢式护理组(n=34)和常规护理组(n=35)。常规护理组患儿行常规护理方法,鸟巢式护理组在常规护理基础上行新生儿鸟巢式护理,治疗后对比两组患儿各项检查指标及不良反应发生率。结果:患儿经过鸟巢式护理后,呼吸暂停次数、体温发生的波动范围、住院时间均明显低于常规护理组患儿,差异显著,有统计学意义(P <0. 05);每日体重增长幅度及移除暖箱时间均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);不良反应发生率明显低于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对低出生体重患儿行鸟巢式护理有助于治疗和缓解患儿的呼吸暂停,有效促进患儿生长发育,降低了不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of implementing bird＇s nest nursing on apnea in newborns with low birth weight. Method 69 eases of paediatrie low birth weight and apnea were selected as the research materials. They were randomly divided into the nest nest care group （ n = 34） and the routine care group （ n = 35 ）. The routine nursing group received routine nursing, while the nest nest nursing group received neonate nest nursing on the basis of routine nursing. After treatment, the inde- xes and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the bird nest type nursing group apnea, fluctuation range, temperature of the hospital stay were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; daily weight increase and leave the warm box time was better than the routine nursing group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Bird nest nursing for children with low birth weight can help to treat and relieve apnea in children, can effectively promote the growth and development of children and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions ,worthy of clinical promotion.
