摘要
目的:探讨智能化健康服务平台系统的设计和研究。方法:智能化健康服务平台系统以患者为中心,设计科学服务流程,全面实施预约诊疗,将移动结算、移动业务办理及自助机等相结合,为患者提供便利的就诊服务。结果:智能化健康服务平台的实施构建了服务理念为"以患者为中心"的医疗服务流程,创新简化了门诊、急诊及住院就医流程,强化了医务人员的服务意识,减少了患者排号、排队、候诊次数和时间,改善了人民群众看病就医的感受。结论:智能化健康服务系统是落实《进一步改善医疗服务行动计划》的有效手段。通过健康服务平台的建设和运营,有效改善了医疗服务流程,取得良好成效。
Objective To investigate the design and research of intelligent health service platform system. Method Intelligent Health Service Platform System was patient centered, scientific design service process, full implementation of appointment and treatment,was mobile settlement and selfservice machine supported to provide convenient medical service for patients. Results Family Planning Commission point out that the hospital must impove the medical service process, innovate measures to facilitate medical treatment for the masses, let the people really feel the effectiveness of medical reform and improve people's feeling of medical treatment. It was a effective means to implement the Further action plan for improving medical services. Conclusion Through the construction and operation of the health service platform, the medical service flow has been effectively improved and good results have been achieved.
