摘要
为了更加合理的评价地铁火灾危险性,基于地铁火灾分析,构建针对性的评价指标体系;根据安全系统工程原理,从"人、设备、环境、管理"四个维度确立层次结构,构建地铁火灾危险性模糊评价模型,并给出模型的求解方法。对福州地铁1号线运用该评价模型进行评价,结果表明该评价模型可行、有效,能比较真实地反映了地铁消防安全状况。
In order to evaluate metro fire risk more reasonably,this paper constructs a targeted evaluation indexsystem based on the analysis of metro fire,establishes the hierarchy structure from the four dimensions of " people, equipment, environment and management" according to the principle of safety system engineering,thenconstructs the fuzzy evaluation model of metro fire risk and gives the solution method of the model. The resultsof the evaluation model applying on Fuzhou metro Line 1 show that it is feasible and effective,and can truly reflect the fire safety situation of the metro.
