健康教育和家庭支持在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的护理效果观察

Observation of nursing effects of health education and family support in convalescent schizophrenics

目的:观察健康教育和家庭支持在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的护理效果。方法:选取100例恢复期精神分裂症患者为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组(接受健康教育和家庭支持护理)和对照组(接受常规护理)各50例,比较两组护理前后阳性与阴性症状量表评分、自知力与治疗态度问卷评分和健康状况问卷评分。结果:护理后,研究组阳性与阴性症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),自知力与治疗态度问卷和健康状况问卷的评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育和家庭支持在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的护理效果优于常规护理效果。

Objective： To explore nursing effects of health education and family support on convalescent schizophrenics. Methods： 100 patients with convalescent schizophrenia were selected as observation subjects. They were divided into study group（receiving health education and family support nursing, 50 cases） and control group（being given conventional nursing, 50 cases） according to the random number table method. The positive and negative symptom scale scores, insight and treatment attitude questionnaire scores and health survey questionnaire scores of the two groups were compared. Results： After the nursing, the scores of the positive and negative symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Further, the scores of the insight and treatment attitude questionnaires and the health survey questionnaire were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Health education and family support is superior to the conventional nursing in the patients with convalescent schizophrenia.
