摘要
以超疏水-超亲油泡沫铜为基体,设计并制备针对重油-水混合物的重力驱动油水分离装置,研究其分离能力的条件和机理,并对分离效率和再循环利用能力进行检验。另外,针对大面积海上溢油设计一种表面张力-重力双驱动油水分离装置,研究该装置的分离原理、对典型浮油的分离能力、分离纯度以及该装置的抗风浪、耐水压能力和再循环利用能力。
A gravity driven oil-water separation device for heavy oil-water mixture was designed and fabricatedusing super-hydrophobic and super-oil-lipophilic foam copper as the matrix.The conditions and mechanism ofthe separation ability were studied and the separation efficiency and recycling ability were tested. In addition, asurface tension gravity dual drive oil-water separation device is designed for large area offshore oil spills.Thispaper studies the separation principle, separation ability, separation purity and wind wave resistance of thedevice, as well as water pressure resistance and recycling capacity.
