摘要
研究了不同碳酸钙对聚硫密封剂黏度、流淌性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加纳米碳酸钙补强效果最好,黏度大,不易流淌;添加重质碳酸钙黏度最小,补强效果差,易流淌;活性碳酸钙和轻质碳酸钙在相同添加量下黏度差距不大,但添加活性碳酸钙密封剂不易流淌,而且补强效果要优于轻质碳酸钙。
The influences of different calcium carbonate fillers on the viscosity, mobility and mechanical propertiesof the polysulfide sealant were investigated. The results showed that nano-calcium carbonate had the best strengtheningeffect for polysulfide sealant, the corresponding sealant has the highest viscosity and difficult mobility. The polysulfidesealant was filled with heavy calcium carbonate had the lowest viscosity and easy mobility, but its strengthening effect wasthe worst. When adding the same mass of active calcium carbonate or light calcium carbonate, the polysulfide sealants hadsimilar viscosity, but the polysulfide sealant filled with active calcium carbonate was difficult to flowing and its strengtheningeffect was better than that of light calcium carbonate.
