摘要 水性丙烯酸树脂涂料是一种低VOC含量的环保涂料。简单介绍了溶剂型和水性丙烯酸树脂涂料的区别、水性丙烯酸树脂的优缺点和应用现状;着重阐述了有机硅、有机氟、聚氨酯、环氧树脂和纳米材料等对水性丙烯酸树脂的改性方法以及改性后其相关性能的变化;指出了目前改性水性丙烯酸树脂性能上存在的不足并提出改进措施;最后对水性丙烯酸树脂的发展前景进行了展望。 The waterborne acrylic resin coating is an environmentally friendly coating with low VOC content. Thedifference between solvent coatings and waterborne acrylic resin coatings was introduced briefly. The advantages anddisadvantages of the waterborne acrylic resins and their application status wre presented too. The modification methods ofwaterborne acrylic resins with organosilicon, organic fluorine, polyurethane, epoxy resin and nanomaterials and the changesof their related properties after modification were emphasized. At present the imperfect performance of modified waterborneacrylic resins and the improvement measures wre pointed out. Finally, the future development prospect of waterborneacrylic resin was prospected.
