体外受精-胚胎移植失败妇女自杀意念及其影响因素分析

Suicidal ideation and associated factors among women with implantation failures after IVF-ET

目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)失败妇女自杀意念,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般情况调查问卷、症状自评量表、简易应对方式问卷对773名IVF-ET失败妇女进行现场调查,了解其自杀意念及其影响因素。结果接受调查的773名IVF-ET失败妇女中有253名有自杀意念,发生率为32.7%。年龄30岁以上、女方因素导致不孕、治疗次数≥2次、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑是自杀意念产生的重要危险因素(OR>1),积极应对方式是防止自杀意念产生的重要保护因素(OR<1)。结论自杀意念在IVF-ET失败妇女中有较高的发生率,应重点关注年龄30岁以上、女方因素导致不孕、治疗次数≥2次的IVF-ET失败妇女心理健康状况,及时给予针对性干预,降低自杀意念。

Objective To investigate the suicidal ideation of women who failed in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer（ IVF-ET） and analyze its influencing factors. Methods Totally 773 women with implantation failures after IVF-ET were surveyed with Symptom Check-list-90（ SCL-90）,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（ SCSQ）,and a general information from October 2015 to August 2017. Results Among the 773 IVF-ET failed women surveyed,253 women had the suicidal ideation,with the incidence of 32.7%. The important risk factors for suicidal ideation are over age 30,infertility caused by female factor,more than 2 treatment times,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety（ OR〈 1）,while Positive coping style is an important protective factor to prevent suicidal ideation（ OR〉1）. Conclusion Suicidal ideation was higher in women with IVF-ET failure. Special attention should be paid to the psychological health of the women who had the following characteristics： over age 30,infertility caused by female factor,more than 2 treatment times. Targeted intervention should be given to them in an effort to lower the incidence rate of suicidal ideation.
