Green development is a profound revolution of development view. The value orientation of green develop- ment is respecting nature, complying with nature, protecting nature, and managing to practice the value target that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets. To achieve green development, we are required to balance the value of population, economy, resources and environment, establish the value concept of a harmonious and symbiotic community of life, improve the environmental protection mechanism involved by all parties, and realize the value des tination of ecological civilization.
