新时代中国贸易强国建设应明确其新内涵,即拥有强大制造业基础、完善的市场经济体制、良好的国际品牌形象、贸易平衡化、国际话语权高。在此基础上厘清中国与贸易强国在货物和服务贸易、市场经济体制健全度、货币国际化等方面所存在的差距,实施以迈上全球价值链中高端为核心的大战略,配之以科技兴贸、产品标准化战略,加大贸易的金融支持力度,循序渐进推进人民币国际化进程,逐步破解制约"大而不强"的贸易瓶颈,实现从贸易大国向贸易强国转变。

To reach the goal of transforming china into a trade power in the new era of socialism, the connotation of a trade power is required to be redefined as that owns strong manufacturing base, a sound market economy system, good international brand image, balance trade, and dominated power in international governance. On this basis, by clarifying the gap between China and trade power in trade in goods and service, market economy system, currency in- ternationalization, implementing the strategy of making Chinese manufacturing the high end global value chain, and the strategy of invigorating trade through science and technology education, and product standardization, and strengthening finance support for trade, the government could gradually promote the process of RMB internalization, break the trade bottle neck of ＂big and not strong＂ , and finally transform China into a trade power.
