高含氯离子、高含汞气田压力容器选材分析及建议 被引量:3

摘要 总结了我国西北某矿区3个典型气田的压力容器选材及应用情况,在此基础上,从设备的建设投资、运行维护等方面,全生命周期综合分析、对比了不同材质压力容器的经济、安全与社会效益。在该气田工况条件下,其中825复合板压力容器建设投资最大,但是后期运行过程中的检维修费用最低、检维修工作量和高危作业较其他材质压力容器大幅度减少、检修周期得到延长,大幅度提高了装置运行时率,因此,825复合板压力容器较其他材质压力容器综合经济、安全、社会效益最优。建议原料气介质选用内衬825复合板压力容器,干气介质选用碳钢材质压力容器。 This paper summarized the material selection and application situation of pressure vessels in three typical gas fields of a mining area in northwest China, and comprehensively analyzed and compared the economic, safety and social benefits of the pressure vessels of different materials in the whole life cycle on this basis from the aspects of equipment construction investment, operation and maintenance, etc. It is concluded that the construction investment of 825 composite plate pressure vessel is the largest under the operating conditions of this gas field, but the overhaul and maintenance cost in the later operation process is the lowest, the workload for overhaul and maintenance and highly dangerous operations are greatly reduced compared with the pressure vessels of other materials, the overhaul interval is elongated, and the plant operating efficiency is improved greatly. Therefore, 825 composite plate pressure vessel has best comprehensive economic, safety and social benefits compared with pressure vessels of other materials. It is recommended to select the pressure vessel lined with 825 composite plate for feed gas, and select carbon steel pressure vessel for dry gas.
