Teacher Professional Development towards a New Era: Summary of the 20-Professionals Beijing Forum on 2018 Basic Education Professionals Development

为探讨建设适应新时代基础教育发展要求的高素质、专业化、创新型教师队伍,北京教育学院举办2018年度基础教育人才发展20人北京论坛。与会专家表示,在教育现代化的背景下,教师队伍建设要顺应改革的新趋势,完善顶层设计,创新培训思路,坚持职前培养和职后培训并重。同时,要关注校本研修,加强教育科研,改进研修模式,创新首都卓越教师队伍的培养路径。最后,积极引入信息技术支持,基于大数据,推动教师精准教研;利用多种移动终端,打造线上线下混合研修模式,提升教师自主学习效率。

In order to explore the construction of high-quality, professional and innovative teaching staff and teacher teams that can meet the requirements of the development of basic education in the new era, Beijing Institute of Education held the 20- Professionals Beijing Forum on 2018 Basic Education Professionals Development. Experts attending this forum stated that under the background of educational modenfization, the construction of teaching staff and teacher teams should conform to the new trend of reform, perfect the top-level design, innovate training ideas and attach equal importance to both pre-service training and post-service training. At the same time, it is also veiny important to pay attention to school-based research, strengthen scientific research of education, improve the research and training modes, and innovate the training path of outstanding teachers in Beijing. Finally, it is also required to actively introduce information technology support, promote teachers＇ teaching and research precisely based on the large data, create online and offline hybrid training mode by using a variety of mobile terminals to promote the efficiency of teachers＇ autonomous learning.
