摘要
利用模式识别技术,实现了混凝土表面孔隙率的快速检测。首先,利用显微视觉设备,采集了建筑工程混凝土的表面样本照片;然后,利用模式识别相关方法,尤其是引入Sobel算子对混凝土的表面显微照片进行了处理,分析得到了混凝土表面孔隙的分布情况,包括数量、大小和位置等;最后,通过一系列的试验对该方法进行了验证,结果表明:所提出的基于模式识别的混凝土表面孔隙率快速检测技术具有很好的效果,可以在实际中进行应用。
The rapid detection of the porosity of concrete surface is realized by using pattern recognition technology. Firstly, the pictures of concrete surface samples of construction engineering are collected with microscopic visual equipments. And then, the related methods of pattern recognition is used, especially sobel operator is introduced to deal with the microscopic photographs of concrete surface, and the distribution of the porosity of concrete surface, including quantity, size and location, is obtained through analysis. Finally, the method is verified by a series of experiments. The results show that the proposed rapid detection technique of concrete surface porosity based on pattern recognition has a good effect and can be applied in practice.
