教工基层党支部主体作用关系高校实验教学示范中心的物理实验教学质量、管理水平和示范效应的发挥。以武汉工程大学理学院大学物理教学实验示范中心为例,从教工基层党支部与物理实验教学示范中心相互协调发展的基础上,着重探讨了如何发挥教工基层党支部主体作用,促进高校物理实验教学示范中心的建设,对高校内涵式发展有一定的借鉴意义。

The principal role of the primary, party branch of faculty has a direct effect on the experiment teaching quality, management level and demonstration effect of the experimental teaching demonstration center of the university.We take the university physics experiment teaching demonstration center of Wuhan institute of technology as an example to mainly discusses how to play the principal role of the primary party branch of faculty to promote the construction of experimental teaching demonstration center in universities, based on the coordinated development between the primary party branch of faculty and the university physics experiment teaching demonstration center, which has certain reference significance for the connotative development of the university.
