摘要
针对目前球轴承制造装配过程主要依赖人工加球,导致废品率高、加球准确度和精度不高、装配效率低等存在的问题,提出一种基于PLC的自动轴承加球机方案,并进行了结构和液压系统的研究和设计。该方案以液压为动力,以PLC为控制核心,结合多个传感器进行精准控制。研究结果表明,该方案提高了轴承的定位精度和加球的精准性,提升了加球效率和成品合格率。
Aiming at the problem that ball bearing assembly process mainly depends on manual clip, low assembly efficiency and low precision of adding ball, the article proposes a kind of automatic bearing and ball adding machine based on PLC and carries out the research and design of the structure and hydraulic system. The scheme uses hydraulic power as the driving force, PLC as the control center and precise control with multiple sensors. The research results show that the scheme improves the positioning accuracy and the accuracy of adding ball, and improves the efficiency and yield of the ball.
