摘要
根据大学生历年体质测试的结果反馈,学生的体质有下降的趋向。高校的公共体育课实际上变成"放羊式"的散养,学生兴趣不高,公共体育课的效果大大降低,学生的体质越来越差。本文在查阅大量文献资料和各种数据的基础上,结合笔者多年的教学实践,提出模块化教学,即将体育课分为初级和高级两个模块。在本科一年级实行初级模块,包含基础知识、技术、体能三个模块;在本科二年级运用高级模块,减少基础知识的教学,提高技术动作的含量,体能提高占据更多的比重,增加考核评价模块。模块化教学是为了满足学生的兴趣要求,提高公共体育与健康课程的效果,更为了提高当代大学生身体素质,培养学生的终身体育锻炼意识。
According to the resuhs of university students' physical fitness test over the years, students' physical fitness tends to decline. In fact, the public physical education in universities has become a "sheep - herding" type of recreation, and the effect of public physical education has been greatly reduced. On the basis of consulting a large number of literature and various data, combined with the author' s years of teaching practice, this paper puts forward the modular teaching. Physical education is divided into two modules, primary and advance module. In the first year of undergraduate course, the primary module includes three modules, basic knowledge, technology and physical fitness; in the second year of undergraduate course, the advanced module reduces the teaching of basic knowledge, improves the content of technical movements, improves the proportion of physical fitness and increases the evaluation module. Modular teaching not only meets the interests of students, improves the effectiveness of public physical education and health courses, but also improves the physical fitness of students and cultivates students' awareness of lifelong physical exercise.
