摘要
讨论了制备过程中分别喷水蒸气,乙醇蒸气以及水和乙醇的混合蒸气来创造不同的湿度条件下研究聚丙烯薄膜的疏水效果,并对其实验机理进行了简单的分析。实验结果分析表明:采用喷双乙醇的方法以及在60RH%湿度条件下将溶解的0.01 g/mL聚丙烯溶液在密闭环境中放置1~3h能得到较透明的疏水薄膜。所得的超疏水聚丙烯薄膜用电子显微镜观察其表面形貌,结果显示该薄膜为半透明的多孔粗糙结构,用影像分析接触角测试仪对超疏水性能进行表征,其最大接触角为143°,滚动角为8°。
In this paper, the hydrophobic effect of polypropylene film was studied by spraying water vapor,ethanol vapor and the mixture of water vapor and ethanol vapor to create different humidity conditions,and the experimental mechanism is briefly analyzed. The experimental results showed that the transparenthydrophobic film could be obtained by spraying diethanol and placing 0.01 g/mL polypropylene solutionin a closed environment for 1-3 h at 60 RH% humidity. The surface morphology of the super hydrophobicpolypropylene film was observed by electron microscope. The results showed that the film hod a semi-transparent porous and rough structure. The super hydrophobic performance was characterized by on imageanalysis contact angle tester. The maximum contact angle was 143° and the rolling angle was 8°.
