塑料挤出拉伸薄膜经同步拉伸或纵向拉伸后,需进一步通过横向拉伸干燥机进行横向拉伸定型。横向拉伸干燥机调幅装置作为关键组成,可根据横向拉伸干燥需求,灵活快捷对横向拉伸干燥机自入口至出口全长范围内各拉伸定型分区的薄膜横向拉伸幅宽进行分别设定调整,控制塑料薄膜横向拉伸比率及回缩率,充分消除薄膜拉伸过程产生的应力,为后续薄膜牵引卷取创造有力保障条件。

As a key component, the amplitude modulationdevice of the transverse stretching dryer can set and adjust the width of transverse stretching separately foreach stretching section of transverse stretching dryer from inlet to outlet according to the requirement oftransverse stretching drying. It can also control the transverse stretching ratio and shrinkage rate of plasticfilm, fully eliminate the stress generated during the stretching process of the film, create a strong guaranteeconditions for the follow-up film traction and winding.
