高职“企业脱产锻炼、校企互兼互研”双师培养路径研究——以软件技术专业为例

为进一步提高高职教师实践创新能力,切实提高双师本领和素质,以高职软件技术专业为例,从脱产顶岗锻炼轮训制度、双师培养工作站体系、校企互兼互研、引企入校、新技术研修、"产教融合"教学能力提升、中短期企业一线实践、在线学习与考核制度等方面,对高职"企业脱产锻炼、校企互兼互研"双师培养路径,进行详细探讨和论述,为高职双师培养提供借鉴和措施参考。

In order to further improve the practice and innovation ability of higher vocational teachers,and im-prove the ability and quality of the two masters,take the software technology specialty of higher ocational education as an example,From the aspects of off-the-job rotation training system, double type teachers training workstation system, job and develop each other of university and enterprise, introducing enterprises into schools, new technol-ogy research, improving teaching ability of ＂integration of production and teaching＂, first-line practice in medium and short-term enterprises, online learning and assessment system, etc,was discussed in detail, providing the refer-ence and measures for training double qualifiedteachers in higher vocational colleges.
