摘要 信号转导和转录活化因子3(STAT3)为转录因子,与正常细胞生长、增殖、分化以及凋亡等生理活动密切相关,参与一些细胞因子以及生长因子介导的信号转导。STAT3持续活化与肿瘤细胞的增殖、抗凋亡、侵袭、转移、血管形成及免疫逃逸密切相关。上皮-间质转化(EMT)伴随着显著的细胞形态学变化、细胞与细胞间及细胞与基质之间的粘附性丢失及重塑、获得迁徙和侵袭能力。在STAT3持续高表达时EMT会受到其调控发生相关变化,并促进EMT表达,因此,本文就STAT3与EMT和肿瘤之间的关系作一综述,并进一步探索STAT3和EMT之间的相互作用,对细胞癌变的共同影响,以及其作用原理。
