摘要 从敏感性、特异性2个方面比较了超声(ultrasound,US)、乳腺X线摄影、MRI单一诊断及联合应用诊断乳腺癌的效能,并分析了每种检查方法的优势及不足。提出单个检查方法中,MRI对乳腺癌的发现和诊断更具优势;联合应用各项检查技术时,MRI+数字化乳腺X线摄影(digital mammography,DM)+US诊断乳腺癌的敏感度最高,但特异度却显著降低。指出了影像科医生应根据每种检查方法的优势与不足,取长补短,在综合评估乳腺病变的基础上,选择最优的检查方法,从而为临床提供更完善、更精准的影像学信息。 The methods for diagnosing breast cancer including ultrasound, X-ray mammography and MRI were compared in sensitivity and specificity, whose advantages and disadvantages were analyzed respectively. MRI behaved the best for diagnosing breast cancer when only one method was involved in, and in case the methods were applied.jointly in the diagnosis, MRI combined with digital mammography and ultrasound gained the highest sensitivity while the specificity decreased significantly. The radiologists have to take comprehensive considerations on the advantages and disadvantages of the methods when diagnosing breast cancer.
