我国高校专利技术转化机制研究——基于协同创新视角

Research on the transformation mechanism of patent technology in China colleges and universities: based on the perspective of collaborative innovation

文章对我国高校专利技术转化的主要形式、模式和现状进行了分析,列举了我国高校专利技术转化存在的问题,在对国外专利技术转化的经验及国内专利技术转化探索分析的基础上,提出了我国高校专利技术转化的战略协同、组织协同、人力资源协同和利益驱动协同的具体协同策略。

In this paper, the main form, mode and status of our country colleges＇ and universities＇ patent technology transformation are analyzed, and existing problems of our country colleges＇ and universities＇ patent technology transformation are listed. Basing on the experience of foreign patent technology transformation, research and analysis of domestic patent technology transformation, strategic synergy, organization synergy, human resource synergy, and interest driven synergy strategy of our country＇ s colleges and universities＇ patent technology transformation are put fox-ward.
