危桥改造中钻孔灌注桩施工控制要点

摘要 实践证实,在日益增长的交通压力及使用时间影响下,桥梁结构耐久性和使用性能会逐步降低。为了防范结构质量问题带来的安全事故,确保危桥结构安全性和可靠性,就必须要强化危桥改造质量控制。然而,钻孔灌注桩施工技术具有施工简单、实用性强、造价低的特点,已被广泛应用于公路桥梁施工中。文章结合G311彭河桥危桥改造工程实例,论述了桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工特点,重点对钻孔灌注桩的施工技术进行了分析,可供类似工程参考。 Practices has proved that under the influence of increasing traffic pressure and service time, the durability and service performance of bridge structure will gradually decrease. In order to prevent safety accidents caused by structural quality problems and ensure the safety and reliability of dangerous bridge structure, it is necessary to strengthen the quality control of dangerous bridge reconstruction. However, bored pile construction technology has the characteristics of simple construction, strong practicability and low cost, and has been widely used in highway bridge construction. Combining with the example of G311 Penghe Bridge renovation project, this paper first discusses the construction characteristics of bored piles in bridges, and mainly analyzes the construction technology of bored piles, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
