国内创新券的研究综述及展望

Summary and prospect of the research on the domestic innovation voucher

创新券作为一种普惠性财政科技经费支持政策,其推广和实施对我国推进科技资源开放共享,助推创新驱动发展战略具有重大意义。文章通过对国内创新券相关研究文献进行归纳与述评,在此基础上结合创新券最新的研究发展与趋势,提出创新券未来研究的3个方向,以期为创新券进一步研究提供一定理论参考。

As an inclusive financial technology funding support policy, the promotion and implementation of the innovative vouchers, is of great significance to China＇s promotion of the open sharing of science and technology resources and the promotion of innovation-driven development strategies. This paper summarizes and reviews the research literature related to domestic innovation vouchers. Based on the latest research developments and trends of innovation vouchers, this paper proposes three directions for the future research of innovation vouchers, to provide a theoretical reference for the further research of innovation vouchers.
