摘要
"生产与运作管理"是一门和实践紧密相关的本科管理类专业课程,而学生普遍学习兴趣不高,教学效果不好。文章分析了教学现状及其产生原因,借鉴工科类专业"金工实习"及现有暑期实践制度,提出"生产与运作管理"课程暑期实践教学改革举措,从教学形式、教材及考核方式3个维度构建"理论+实践"的教学模式,完善现有教学体系,培养具有综合实践能力的管理专业人才。
"Production and Operation Management"is an important course for Business Management undergraduate students, which is closely related to the practice, but students generally have low interest in learning and poor teaching results. This paper analyzes the current situation of teaching and its causes, and draws on the"metalworking internship"of engineering majors and the existing summer practice system, to propose the summer practice teaching reform of"Production and Operation Management"course. From the three dimensions of teaching form, teaching materials and assessment methods, this paper constructs a teaching model of"theory + practice", to improve the existing teaching system, and to cultivate management professionals with the comprehensive practical ability.
