摘要
考察了凝胶-溶胶法制备二氧化钛的工艺参数,并在凝胶之前加入铁红或者铁黄,进行半导体复合,通过降解亚甲基蓝研究铁红和铁黄的加入对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,铁红和铁黄与二氧化钛的复合提高了催化剂对有机物的降解率,铁红/二氧化钛复合半导体光催化剂的光催化性能更好,3h降解率达到了44.01%,高出基础实验10.07%。
The technological parameters of the preparation of titanium dioxide by gel-sol method were studied.And a semiconductor compound was made by adding iron red or iron yellow before the gel test.By degrading methylene blue,the effect of iron red and iron yellow on the activity of catalyst was studied.The results showed that the combination of iron red and iron yellow and titanium dioxide increased the degradation rate of the catalyst.Red iron/titanium dioxide composite semiconductor catalyst is better,degradation rate reached 44.01% after three hours and 10.07% higher than the base experiment.
