石墨炉原子吸收法测定市售鱼体内铅、镉、铝重金属 被引量:2

摘要 利用石墨炉原子吸收法对市售10种常见鱼类铅、镉、铝重金属含量进行了测定。研究结果发现,鱼类体内铅的含量为0.050mg/kg~0.209mg/kg,镉的含量为0.021mg/kg~0.042mg/kg,铝的含量为0.016mg/kg~0.578mg/kg,均低于国家规定的标准限量;3种元素的回收率在99%~102%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%。该方法能快速、准确地测定鱼肉中的重金属含量。 The heavy metal contents of lead,cadmium and aluminum in 10 kinds of common economic fish from seafood market were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that the content of lead in fish is0.050 mg/kg~0.209 mg/kg,the content of cadmium is 0.021 mg/kg~0.042 mg/kg,the content of aluminum is 0.016 mg/kg~0.578 mg/kg,which is lower than the standard limit stipulated by the state;the recoveries of the 3 elements were between 99%and 102% and RSD was less than 2%.Therefore the method can quickly and accurately determine heavy metal content in fish.
