摘要
通过空气动力学方法(FMAF)制备得纤维聚丙烯材料,随后测试了材料对不同的石油产品的吸附能力。结果表明,具有最高吸附性能的是纤维直径为df=3.3μm的样品,表面密度为38g/m^2,孔径为52/47μm,我们认为材料自身大的比表面积和复杂的孔结构是吸附性能的关键因素,通过调节实验条件来调控纤维聚丙烯材料的内部物理结构对石油吸附材料的开发具有重要的实际意义。
Fiber polypropylene(PP)was prepared by aerodynamic method(FMAF),and its adsorption capacity to different petroleum products was tested.The results show that the sample with fiber diameter of d f=3.3 micron,surface density of 38 g/m^2,and pore size of 52/47μm has the highest adsorption capacity.The large specific surface area and complex pore structure of the material are the key factors for the adsorption performance.The experimental conditions can be adjusted to adjust the fiber polypropylene material.The internal physical structure has important practical significance for the development of petroleum adsorbent materials.
