复合添加剂对齿轮油抗氧化特性的影响

摘要 齿轮油在长期使用过程中易出现氧化现象,导致出现沉淀及黏度增加,造成传动系统磨损加剧、散热功效降低,严重影响汽车传动系统的正常工作。从齿轮油氧化的原因出发,提出了在齿轮油内添加促凝剂等添加剂,提高齿轮油抗氧化特性的方案。通过实验表明,在齿轮油内分别添加分散剂、金属减活剂和降凝剂后不仅能够消除油液氧化后的沉淀现象,而且使油液氧化后的黏度仅上升4.14%,极大地提升了齿轮油的使用寿命,具有十分重要的应用价值。 The gear oil is prone to oxidize in the long-term use process,resulting in precipitation and increased viscosity,and the worsening of the transmission system,reducing the efficiency of heat dissipation,seriously affecting the normal work of the automotive transmission system.Starting from the reason of gear oil oxidation,the scheme of adding accelerator and other additives in gear oil was put forward to improve the anti-oxidation property of gear oil.Experiments show that the addition of dispersant,metal deactivator and pour point depressant in gear oil can not only eliminate the precipitation of oil after oxidation,but also increase the viscosity of oil after oxidation by only 4.14%,greatly improving the service life of gear oil,which has very important application value.
