碎煤加压气化煤气水分离工艺存在问题及改进措施

摘要 分析初焦油分离器有效容积设计偏小、沉降时间不足,焦油分离不彻底、煤气水循环系统不稳定的主要原因,通过扩大初焦油分离器有效容积或增设第二级初焦油分离器,延长了煤气水停留时间,提高分离效果。认为将高压喷射煤气水泵后移至煤气水储罐处,也能改善其运行环境,但会引起煤气水循环系统的扩大,实际应用中要综合考虑采用经济合理的技术方案。 This paper analyzes the main causes of the small effective volume design of the primary tar separator,the insufficient settling time,the incomplete separation of tar,and the instability of the gas water circulation system.By expanding the effective volume of the primary tar separator or adding the second stage primary tar separator,the gas water retention time is prolonged and the separation effect is improved.It is considered that moving the high-pressure jet gas pump back to the gas and water storage tank can also improve its operating environment,but it will cause the expansion of the gas water circulation system.The economical and reasonable technical scheme should be considered comprehensively in the practical application.
