摘要
活性炭是一种优异的吸附剂,其比表面积大,化学性能稳定,吸附性能好,易得,成本低。采用浸渍法制备氧化铜负载活性炭吸附剂,用于气体脱硫剂,因吸附剂具有较高的孔隙率,吸附结果表明其具有很好的脱硫活性。探究了CuO负载量对催化剂活性的影响,20%氧化铜负载的活性炭具有最好的脱硫性能。本实验为催化剂的实际应用提供了一定的实验和理论基础。
Activated carbon is an excellent adsorbent with large specific surface area,stable chemical performance,good adsorption performance,easy to obtain and low cost.Copper oxide supported activated carbon adsorbent was prepared by impregnation method.The adsorbent has high porosity and good desulfurization activity.The effect of CuO loading on the activity of the catalyst was investigated.Activated carbon supported by 20%copper oxide had the best desulfurization performance.This experiment provides some experimental and theoretical basis for the practical application of the catalyst.
