LNG冷箱冻堵是LNG工厂常见的故障,冻堵不仅影响产量,更影响冷箱及冷剂循环系统工况的安全稳定,会造成冷箱换热不良局部过冷,如频繁出现冻堵,在复温吹扫时低温阀门可能由于经常操作出现泄漏等影响设备与人员安全,在冷箱出现冻堵后,要全面分析冻堵过程和参数变化,找出冻堵原因,进而进行针对性的技术改造与调整消除冻堵,确保冷箱运行安全。

LNG cold box blocking is a common failure in LNG factory.Blocking not only affects the output,but also affects the safety and stability of the cold box and cold agent circulatory system,and can cause poor heat transfer of cold boxes,such as frequent frozen plugging.When the temperature is swept,the cryogenic valve may affect the safety of equipment and personnel due to frequent operation leaks.After the freezing of the cold box,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the freezing process and parameter changes,find out the reasons for freezing,and then carry out targeted technical reforms and adjustments so as to eliminate freezing blocking and make sure the cold box is running safely.
