GSP干煤粉气化技术作为一种新型的煤气化技术,因其具有较为优异的综合性能而成为了解决当前能源问题和环保问题的一个最好的选择。但是由于该工艺技术的应用时间较短,在具体的应用过程中,出现了众多的问题。鉴于此,以神华煤业集团GSP干煤粉气化技术应用作为基础,较为详细地分析了GSP干煤粉气化技术的特点和应用,并针对实际生产当中出现的技术问题,提出了相应的优化方法,同时对优化后的效果进行了相应的评价。

As a new coal gasification technology,GSP dry pulverized coal gasification technology is the best choice to solve the current energy and environmental problems because of its excellent comprehensive performance.However,due to the short application time of this technology,there are many problems in the specific application process.Based on the application of gasification technology for GSP dry pulverized coal in Shenhua Coal Industry Group,the characteristics and application of gasification technology for GSP dry pulverized coal are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding optimization method is put forward in view of the technical problems in actual production,and the effect of optimization is evaluated correspondingly.
