摘要
以煤炭为原料制备出对Direct Black 38(DB38)有机染料具有良好吸附性能的中空多孔碳纳米球(HPCN)材料,该材料具有多级孔结构,存在大量的微孔和介孔。另外,通过改变活化反应条件,制备出一系列具有不同孔结构的碳纳米球,其中吸附性质最好的是HPCN_(1-4-2)样品,其反应中煤焦油/醋酸锌/KOH质量比为1∶4∶2,材料的比表面积高达1 374m^2·g^(-1),平均孔径为7.41nm,用作废水中有机物的吸附剂具有很大的应用前景。
A hollow porous carbon nanosphere(HPCN)material with good adsorbability for Direct Black 38(DB38)organic dyes was prepared from coal.In addition,a series of carbon nanospheres with different pore structures were prepared by changing the activation reaction conditions.Among them,HPCN(1-4-2)samples had the best adsorption properties.The mass ratio of coal tar/zinc acetate/KOH was 1∶4∶2,and the specific surface area of the material was as high as 1 374m^2·g^-1,and the average pore size was 7.41nm.The adsorbent has great application prospects.
