摘要 针对中厚板生产线加热炉发生的推钢机误推钢事故原因展开分析,通过修改PLC控制程序、增加联锁条件,规范推钢操作行为,增强设备安全性,有效杜绝了上料垛板台附属推钢机误推钢造成输送辊道及电机损坏事故。保障了设备、生产的稳定顺行,降低了停产损失以及修复人工费用,备件准备压力得到缓解。 Analysis is performed on the causes of pusher maloperation accident of reheating funaace in medium and heavy plate production line. By modifying PLC control program and adding interlocking logic, the pushing opera- tion behaviour is controlled and equipment security is enhanced, which effectively prevents the damage accidents of slab transfer roller table and motors due to maloperation of pusher. Thus reliable and smooth operation of equipment and production is achieved, production interruption loss and repair labor cost are reduced, while spare parts preparation load is relieved.
