摘要
介绍了山钢莱芜分公司炼钢厂4#矩形坯连铸机二次冷却系统的改造过程。针对铸坯角裂、中间裂纹等质量问题和二次冷却不均匀现象,优化了喷嘴型号、喷嘴布置、二冷配水参数。调整后铸坯角裂、中间裂纹等缺陷得到明显改善,铸坯质量得到显著提高。
The article describes the revamp procedures of secondary cooling system of No. 4 rectangular slab con- tinuous caster in steelmaking plant of Shandong Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. Laiwu Branch Company in order to resolve the quality problems of slab comer crack , centerline crack and phenomenon of nonuniform secondary cooling. Nozzle type and layout, secondary cooling water distribution parameters a,'e optimized, which significantly decreases the defects of slab comer crack and centerline crack, greatly improves the slab quality.
