摘要
果实的发育及成熟在植物整个发育进程中是非常复杂的一个环节,而果实的形状、大小、颜色及品质等均随着果实发育及其成熟而发生某些特定的变化,并且受到一系列与果实发育相关基因的影响和调控。通过对植物果实发育调控分子机理的研究,为今后果实品质的改良做出一定贡献。因此,主要综述了几种单子叶和双子叶植物中果实发育及成熟的相关基因的调控与相互作用,为今后研究植物果实发育过程提供一定的理论基础。
Fruit development and maturation is a very complex part of the whole plant growth. Fruit shape, size, color and quality will undergo some specifc changes in the developing and maturing process, subject to a series of infuence and regulation of genes related to plant fruit development. The study on the molecular mechanism of plant fruit development regulation will contribute to the improvement of fruit quality. Therefore, this paper mainly reviews the regulation and interaction of genes related to fruit development and maturation in monocotyledons e.g. rice and maize, and dicotyledons e.g. Arabidopsis thaliana and tomato. It provides a theoretical basis for the future study of plant fruit development.
