对高校教学单位党建虚功实做的几点思考

Reflections on the Party Building and the Virtual Work in the Teaching Units of Colleges and Universities

党的十九大提出,要不断增强党的政治领导力、思想引领力、群众组织力、社会号召力。高校党建工作大部分是由教学单位党组织落实的,因此,高校教学单位党建创新是新时期党组织作用进一步发挥的必然要求。目前高校教学单位党建工作存在一些问题,应把握重点,创建党建工作新特色,构建党建工作虚功实做新思路。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to continuously enhance the party＇s political leadership, ideological leadership, mass organization, and social appeal. Most of the Party building work in colleges and universities is carried out by the party organizations of the teaching units. Therefore, the Party building innovation of the university teaching units is an inevitable requirement for the further development of the Party organization in the new era. At present, there are some problems in the Party building work of college teaching units. We should grasp the key points, create new features of Party building work, and build a new idea of Party building work.
